Quick adjust for time savings

Description: Oregon® manual tire changers are designed for time and labor savings. Any wheel can be secured onto the non-skid base plate by simply positioning and tightening the "quick adjust" center post onto the threaded rod. This unique design allows the operator to change small tires and switch wheel sizes or styles very quickly. This complete tire changer is designed for 4" to 12" tires with lug-center or bearing-in hub wheels.
